Our Early Childhood Education (ECE) program incorporates Play-based Learning as its core learning approach. This pathway is specially designed for your child, bearing in mind that each child will thrive tremendously through what they do best, play!

The first 6 years of your child's education are essential in getting them ready to learn at school. We accomplish this through our inquiry-based framework inspired by the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme. Our program enables us to focus on these 4 areas of development:

Our learning pathway starts as early as 1 year old with our Mom & Child class. We believe every stage of your child's development is important, and our program is crafted to bring out the best in your child at every stage.

SPH Kindy Trial Class 2023

Mom & Child (1-2 years)

This program is designed to nurture the bond between parent and child in a fun and creative ways. Classes are set up to develop a child’s social skills through interactions with teachers and peers. Subjects such as language and math are conceptualized through participation in songs, rhymes, simple drama, and stories.

SPH Kindy Trial Class 2023

Pre-Kindergarten (2-3 years)

Our Pre-Kindergarten offers a holistic program to boost children’s confidence and love for learning. They learn routines, develop appropriate social behavior, and work on their motor skills to prepare for the next learning journey in Kindergarten. Every lesson in Pre-Kindy is enjoyable and fun as learning spurs a greater motivation to learn further.

Kindergarten 1-3 (3-5 years)

At the pre-primary stage, children discover a love for learning through play and discovery. We use Units of Inquiry to prepare them for primary school, focusing on developing problem-solving and communication skills through hands-on activities, observations, and simple projects. Children are encouraged to be more independent and have opportunities for field trips and sports activities every few months.
